On 3 August 2026, PRIMAS President YBhg. Dato' J. Govindasamy @ Suresh, Deputy President Mr. C. Krishnan, Vice President Dr. A. Sinnaiah @ Seenu, Honorary Secretary Mr. N. Shanmugam, Assistant Treasurer Mr. B. Dhayalan, Committee Members Mr. K. Shaker, Mr. S. Sathianarayanan and Mr. D. Poobalan, together with PRIMAS Member Mrs. Telaka, paid a courtesy visit to SME Corp. Malaysia at 11.00 a.m. at Platinum Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
The PRIMAS delegation was received by Encik Zaky Moh, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, YM Raja Rozaila Raja Azman, Director, Cik Kausala Gopal, Senior Director, Puan Hazlin Ghazali, Senior Manager, Encik Roshaidi Rosli, Senior Manager, and Cik Asha Navaratnam, Senior Manager, who represented SME Corp. Malaysia during the engagement.
The courtesy visit provided an opportunity for both organisations to exchange views on matters affecting the Indian restaurant industry, particularly the challenges faced by SMEs. Discussions also focused on potential areas of collaboration to strengthen the growth, of Indian Restaurant Industry, including the availability of grants, financial assistance and capacity-building programmes that could benefit the restaurant industry.
