On 5 August 2026, PRIMAS Deputy President Mr. C. Krishnan, Vice President Dr. A. Sinnaiah @ Seenu, Assistant Treasurer Mr. B. Dhayalan, Committee Member Mr. P. Previn Kumar, together with PRIMAS Members Mr. Pravin, Mr. Baskaran, Mr. Devan and Mr. Iswaran, met with Tuan Mahadi bin Kasdi, Pengarah Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Negeri Sembilan.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss matters affecting the Indian restaurant industry, particularly issues relating to JTK compliance requirements and foreign worker applications. PRIMAS also appealed for the Department's assistance in facilitating and providing guidance to members in obtaining the necessary JTK clearances to ensure a smoother foreign worker application process and compliance with the relevant regulations.
